Ask yourself these 6 questions...

These the problems I help people to face, manage and often resolve

  1. Are you struggling with sad or anxious feelings over and over?
  2. Are you faced with troubling challenges or questions in your relationships?
  3. Would you like to communicate more effectively?
  4. Do you struggle with your thoughts or behavior patterns?
  5. Are you distressed by memories of childhood neglect or other trauma?
  6. Do you feel shame or regret about yourself or your body?
