Are you struggling? Are you repeating the same pattern over and over?

Have you tried figuring out how to change it and are at a loss?

I work with people on looking inward to find awareness and discovering how to easily shift.

My mission is to ignite people's curiosity, open them to wonder and empower them to create the life of their dreams. I think being willing is the first step toward making any change.

Professional Focus

I am most interested in working with people who are wanting to make changes in their life. They may not know what or how to change, just that something is not working. I integrate movement and breath into my practice.
